Fellowship

FellowshipA Coffee Hour is held after the church service in the Galilean fellowship room.   Members of the congregation take turns preparing the coffee and a simple snack.

 

Presbyterian Women is a group of women from the congregation who come together for fellowship, learning, fundraising and various service projects.  The club meets each month from September through May.  The club joins with the Outreach committee each year in July to provide a strawberry shortcake booth on the church lawn during the Logging Heritage parade., as one of its major fundraisers.

 

Mens Group

Men’s Club is a joint club with Pioneer Presbyterian Church and First Presbyterian Church.  Men from both churches and anyone they may invite are welcome to attend the meetings which are held each month September to May.   Meetings are usually held at 6:00 p.m.  on Tuesdays and occasionally are held as a breakfast on Saturday mornings.  Each meeting is usually started with a meal and followed by a program.   Programs range from Theological discussions to presentations from various community organizations or or people of interest.

 

Throughout the year there are additional opportunities for fellowship such as:  Palm Sunday Brunch, Logging festival strawberry shortcake booth in July, and outdoor worship service followed by a picnic in August, a Trunk and Treat event at the end of October and a Christmas party in December
